1. BF Type Stirring Flotation Machine
The BF type flotation machine maintains the advantages of the self-priming air and pulp of the A type flotation machine and does not require a step-by-step configuration. The return of middling does not need a foam pump. It has the advantages of a larger suction volume, lower impeller speed, larger clearance between the impeller and the cover plate and lighter wear. It is suitable for small and medium-sized plants with a complex process.
The flotation machine is driven by the motor through triangular belt, rotating the impeller to generate centrifugal force to form a negative pressure. On one hand, it inhales enough air to mix with the slurry. On the other hand, the slurry is mixed with the chemical and the foam is refined to make the mineral bonded foam, floating to the pulp surface to form a mineralized foam. The useful foam is scraped by the scraper through adjusting the height of the gate and controlling the liquid level. Flotation machine is short for floatation mineral separator, the mechanical equipment that completes the flotation process. In the flotation machine, the slurry treated with the agent is inflated by stirring to selectively fix some of the ore particles on the foam. The slurry floating on the surface is scraped to form a foam product and the rest is retained in the slurry.
2. BS-K pneumatic flotation machine
BS-K series pneumatic flotation machine is suitable for flotation of various minerals such as copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, gold, iron, coal, fluorite, etc. It has good air dispersion, uniform bubble dispersion, stable foam, fully floated particles, well mixed slurry, high flotation index and other characteristics.
BS-K flotation machine is a deep-tank type and inflatable flotation machine. The impeller only has the function of stirring slurry, recycling slurry and dispersing air so parts wearing is lighter. The power is less than other types of flotation machine. It is equipped with advanced ore slurry level control system and its gas supply, chemical delivery and other operations and adjustments can be controlled automatically. The machine does not self-absorb slurry and foam pumps are required to return the intermediate product.
3. XCF/KYF Pneumatic mechanical agitator flotation machine
XCF type can self-absorb slurry and has a slightly higher power consumption. XYF cannot self-absorb slurry and has a lower power. The XCF type and KYF type are generally configured as a unit, the XCF type is a suction slot, and the KYF type is a DC slot. The unit is horizontally configured and does not require a foam pump. It is widely used in the separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals, suitable for rough sepeartion and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized concentrators.
XCF/KYF pneumatic mechanical agitator flotation machine is inflated from external equipment. Its main feature is to increase the flotation efficiency by vertical large circulation of the slurry and low-pressure air injected by a blower. This advanced mineral processing equipment is suitable for non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals.
4. XJB Rod Type Flotation Machine
The XJB rod flotation machine has a particularly strong stirring force and the slurry gas has a good trajectory, which is suitable for large specific gravity, rapid settlement and coarser mineral separation.
The impeller is composed of 12 slanting taper rods and a plate. As the rod is moving downwards, the speed of the slanting rod is increasing and the stirring speed is stronger. Between the tank bottom and the bar wheel is provided with a convex plate and arc steady flow plate. The convex plate guides the slurry mixture to rapidly rush toward the bottom of the tank, move around the tank through the steady flow of the arc-shaped steady flow plate, and scatter in the tank and move in a W-shaped movement trajectory. The tank is shallow, generally 2/3 depth of other flotation machines.
5. XJ self-priming air mechanical stirring flotation machine
XJ self-priming air mechanical stirring flotation machine has the ability to self-absorb air and slurry. It is widely used in coarse, fine, sweeping and reverse flotation operations of non-ferrous, ferrous and non-metallic minerals.
The machine was introduced from the former Soviet Union in the 1950s. The type is relatively old. Being improved for a few times, the basic structure still has its old type, which has been established for a long time and generated a couple series. Due to historical reasons, this flotation machine is commonly used in China. Although in recent years it has been replaced by some new flotation machines, it is still widely used.
A set is formed by two flotation tanks, one suction tank and one DC tank. There is an intermediate chamber between the two tanks. The impeller is installed at the lower end of the main shaft. The upper end of the main shaft has a pulley and is driven by the motor to rotate. Air is sucked by the suction pipe. The level of the slurry in each flotation tank is adjusted by the gate. Above the impeller there is a cover plate and an air cylinder (also known as a standpipe). There is a hole in the air cylinder to install the slurry pipe, the middle return pipe or for slurry circulation. The size of the hole can be adjusted by a pull rod.
