The process of underground equipment installation is as follows: equipment delivered to the site → check → equipment lowered to the shaft → equipment installation → equipment orientation → acceptance

The installation and test of the equipment needs high accuracy and requires the personnel to have a lot of experience. Any error can cause low recovery, which can’t reach the expected amount. For example the following factors might affect the final recovery in an obvious way even if the used equipment are the same: the difference of opening position, deviation happening in installation, the minus difference of water and chemical consumption in mineral processing.
C Automation Equipment Installation
The installation of automation equipment mainly include electrical installation, automation instrumentation installation, DCS/PLC control system installation.
Electrical installation includes: cable bridge installation, cable holder manufacturing and installation, piping, cable laying and connection, cable fire protection measures, lightning protection and grounding system installation, switch box installation and electrical equipment testing.
Automation instrumentation installation includes: instrument panel/counter/box installation, instrument calibration, tap installation, instrument tube routing, instrument equipment installation, cable laying and etc.
DCS/PLC control system installation includes: plate and box installation → wire arrangement and connection → programming and stimulation debugging → site test.
In the process of the automation equipment installation, the works shall be planned in a whole picture and all factors needs to be considered. All the works needs to be done simultaneously and the auxiliary works shall support the main installation.
