1. Hammer crusher
The crusher is RPMV type and equipped with a hammer ring, which is mostly used in the middle crushing process. It has the advantages of large crushing ratio and high production efficiency.
Hammer crusher break the material by the shock wave, including single rotor type and double rotor type. The single rotor has reversible type and irreversible type. Currently, single-rotor hammer crushers and ring hammer crushers are widely used. Hammer crusher is mainly used for the brittle materials whose compressive strength does not exceed 250MP and humidity is no more than 10%-15%. For the fact that the crusher has a particularly simple and compact structure and its crushing ratio under impact is high, the hammer crusher is widely used in industrial sectors such as nonferrous metal ores, iron ore, limestone, slag, and salt. In the coal seperation, the hammer crusher is mainly used for the crushing of clean coal or in the condition where the content of lump coal in the product is not high.
Scope of application: It is used to crush various hard and abrasive materials, such as non-ferrous metal ore, iron ore, limestone, slag, coke, salt, etc.
2. Jaw crusher
Jaw crusher has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, easy manufacture and convenient maintenance. It is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, construction, refractories, ceramics and other industrial sectors for coarse and medium breaks in various hard minerals and rocks.
The structure of the jaw crusher is simple, consists of frame, working mechanism, transmission mechanism, adjustment device, insurance device, and lubrication system. There are two types, simple pendulum type and complex pendulum type. Although the structural types are different, their working principles are basically similar, only with the difference in dynamic trajectories. As the movable jaw reciprocates periodically around the suspension axis, approaching and moving away the fixed jaw, the ore between the two jaws is crushed for the combat of the jaws. When the movable jaw move away from the fixed jaw, the broken ore is discharged through the discharge port of the crusher under the action of gravity.
3. Impact crusher
Impact crusher is mainly used for ore fine and secondary crushing, with a large crushing ratio, fewer types of wearing parts, low cost, high impact crushing yield, stable and efficient, cubic crushed particles and other advantages. It is suitable for iron ore, limestone, quartz, coal gangue, river pebbles, granite, basalt, construction waste and etc.
Impact type crusher can be divided into single rotor and double rotor impact crusher according to the number of rotors. It is an equipment that uses impact energy to crush ore. As far as the form of mechanical energy is concerned, the crusher that works based on the principle of impact “free” crushing is superior to the crusher based on the static pressure crushing principle. The other crushers are mainly based on the principle of squeezing and estrusion, while the impact crusher breaks the ores by using the “free” crushing principle of impact.
4. Double Roll Crusher
Double roll crusher, roll crusher or roller crusher, is a relatively old-style crusher. Two motors are used to drive the two roller shafts to compress the material for material crushing. With a simple structure and low production capacity, the equipment is commonly used in cement, chemical industry, power, mining, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, coal mines and other industrial brittle block materials, suitable for fine crushing.
Double roll crusher (also called roller crusher) consists of two cylindrical rollers in the working mechanism. In the operation, the two rollers rotate in opposite directions. Due to the friction between the material (or ores) and the roller, the fed material is rolled into the crushing chamber formed by the two rollers and crushed therein. The crushed product is discharged from the gap between the two rollers under the action of gravity. The size of the gap determines the maximum size of the broken product. Double roll crushers are usually used for medium and fine material.
5. Cone crusher
According to the scope of use, the cone crushers can be divided into three categories: the onr for coarse, medium and fine. The cone coarse crusher is also called the rotary crusher. The cone crusher for medium and fine crushing is also called the mushroom cone crusher, which is used for crushing various ores and rocks with medium and medium-above hardness (below 350 MPa), such as calcite, granite, river pebble, dolomite, and glass. , cement clinker, iron ore, etc.
Rotary crusher is a kind of coarse crushing equipment, which is mainly used for crushing ore with various hardness in mineral processing industry and other industrial sectors. The mushroom crusher is mainly used for the secondary and fine crushing of various hardness ores. Most of the secondary crushing equipment adopts the standard cone crusher and the fine crushing equipment mainly uses the short-headed cone crusher.
The working mechanism is composed of two end-cutting cones – a movable cone and a fixed cone. The movable cone’s main shaft supports the suspension point above the crossbeam of the miner and is inserted obliquely in the eccentric bushing. The included angle between the centerline of the main shaft and the centerline of the machine is about 2~3°. When the main shaft rotates, its center line draws a conical surface with the point of suspension as its vertex, its vertex angle is about 4~6°, and the movable cone approaches or leaves the fixed cone along the periphery.
When the movable cone approaches the fixed cone, the ore between the two cones is broken; and on its opposite side, the movable cone leaves the fixed cone, and the broken and is discharged through the discharge port for the action of gravity. The crushing work of the cone crusher is continuous, which is different from the mechanism of the jaw crusher.
